
DESCRIPTION
At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to (1) identify potential ethical pitfalls when dealing with clients or the courts; (2) access resources designed to guide practitioners through ethical dilemmas specific to the practice of family law; and (3) learn to deal with ethical situations that may arise in the context of advice or litigation in a professional, transparent fashion.
