Domestic Violence Committee
Overview Welcome! We appreciate your interest in the Domestic Violence Committee of the Florida Bar Family Law Section. This Committee strives to bring domestic violence issues to the attention of all and is wholly dedicated to the improvement of Florida's domestic violence practice. We are constantly studying practices and procedures throughout the state as they relate to domestic violence and are tracking proposed legislation and changes in the law. This Committee meets several times a year and works closely with other Family Law Sections, such as the Legislation Committee and Publications Committee, by drafting legislation and contributing articles to the Family Law Commentator and the Family Law Section's monthly eNewsletter, FAMSEG.
