CLE Committee

 



Committee Description.

This committee plans, schedules and produces all Section CLE programs.  Family Law Section programs include the following:

  • an extensive 1 ½ day overview of Florida Family Law, with lectures on both substantive and procedural matters;
  • 1 day lectures in March and September, given in 2 separate locations, which address current areas of interest in Florida Family Law;
  • a legislative update providing attorneys and other affiliate members  with information on new legislation in the area of family law; and
  • a series of telephonic seminars on relevant family law issues.
The CLE committee also assists the section chair in planning seminars to occur at Spring and Fall Family Law Section retreats.
